Law School Case Briefs - The Internet's Most Complete Case Brief Resource!

Law School Case Briefs (dot) net is now TEN YEARS old and is still by and large the TOP LAW SCHOOL RESOURCE for case briefs and legal articles on the internet!

Welcome to lawschoolcasebriefs.net, a 100% free law school and legal research resource!

It's no secret that law school is costly.  It is not getting any cheaper, either!  There are many sites out there that hope that you will pay even more money for your case briefs.  We at law schoolcasebriefs.net strongly disagree with that idea: There is no reason that you should have to pay for case briefs on top of your already astronomically high law school tuition.  We currently have thousands of case briefs available on a wide variety of first-year and upper-level classes.  Below are just a few of what we offer to our users.

We have thousands of case briefs

With close to 7,000 case briefs and more added constantly, we have a brief for almost every case you will read in law school.

We also have a very popular e-book, as well as other resources

If you enjoy our site, consider supporting it by purchasing our eBook, "The Ultimate Law School Strategy Guide," getting your law school outlines here, or doing your regular Amazon.com shopping through our affiliate links.

We offer tailored help and support free of charge via e-mail for those who have questions about how to do well in law school

Have questions that you would like answered about law school? If so, contact us at admin@lawschoolcasebriefs.net with any questions that are related to law school that you may have!

After all, this is a website built by law students for law students

Many students have contributed to this website.   Their efforts help thousands of future law students succeed.  We welcome case brief submissions or corrections to any case briefs that need to be updated.  Please e-mail case brief and outline submissions to admin@lawschoolcasebriefs.net.  We aim to have a vast free outline bank available for students in the near future.

In the meantime, if you are looking for outlines, check out Law School Made Easy - Custom Made Law School Outlines.  While we do not advocate paying for legal briefs, the outlines on the linked site are top-notch.

If you have anything to add to any of our briefs, including extra rules, facts, or other information, please do so in the comments area.  As always, thank you for your continued support!

We have thousands of readers that come to our site from law schools all over the world.  Face it folks, we are the best of the best.  No other law school website is so complete, with the sheer amount of case briefs that we offer.

If you would like to advertise on this site, please email us at admin@lawschoolcasebriefs.net

  1. Does this website have sample case briefs? It says it does but there are no working links to any briefs and no way to search.

  2. I have been coming to this site for a while and enjoy the wide variety of legal case briefs. I also like the articles you write. There are many law school websites out there, but this is definitely one of the best. Thank you for all that you have done to make this a good website that helped me and many of my friends in law school.
