PROCEDURAL HISTORY: Plaintiff tenant appealed from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (New York), which granted defendant landlords' motion for summary judgment dismissing the tenant's negligence complaint. FACTS:
-The tenant put two large pots of water on her stove to boil.
